I agree to give The REACH Museum the absolute right and permission the use of mine and my child's image for preparation of training, educational, and/or promotional materials. I understand that the photographs may be used in a publication, print ad, direct-mailer, electronic media to include the internet/website, or other forms of promotional efforts. I release The REACH, the photographer, their offices, employees, agents and designees from liability for any violation of any personal or proprietary right I may have in connection with such use.
