Digital Assets Release Waiver

REACH Museum Digital Asset Waiver & Release Form

I hereby grant permission to the REACH Museum, a project of the Richland Public Facilities District, to use digital assets featuring my child(ren)/youth, including but not limited to photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, or other digital content capturing their image, likeness, and/or voice, for the purposes outlined below. This permission is granted without expectation of payment or any other compensation, now or in the future.

Use of these digital assets may include:

Printed materials (brochures, flyers, newsletters, etc.)
Digital platforms (website, social media channels including Facebook, X, Instagram, YouTube)
Promotional videos and audio materials
Public presentations and displays

Additional Terms

I agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the REACH Museum, Richland Public Facilities District, their officers, employees, and designees from any liability, claims, actions, damages, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from or related to the authorized use of these digital assets.

Should there be an intention to use these assets in any manner other than indicated, the REACH Museum will contact me for additional authorization.
