STEM Sponsorship

SILAS Education and the REACH Museum are proud hosts of the annual STEM Connections Gala designed to honor our local STEM educators as the VIPs they are as well as connect them with STEM Ambassadors from local industry.

As a community deeply immersed in the STEM fields, we recognize the need to start today to prepare the workforce of tomorrow. To this end, we are dedicated to creating pathways to connect regional STEM educators with industry professionals. We know that these connections will create long term benefits as educators are encouraged, instructed, and inspired through their relationship to active STEM industry leaders.

This event would be an excellent opportunity for organizations to partner and sponsor this annual premier event though a variety of ways:

Be the main event sponsor.
By hosting a table or sponsoring a STEM Ambassador from a comparable organization, representatives from your organization can serve as STEM Ambassadors.
We are also looking for a lead and co-leads.
Sponsorships could also be financial or through in-kind donations. All donations are eligible as a donation for tax purposes through the Reach Foundation.

Sponsorship Tiers

GALACTIC SPONSOR

A Galactic Sponsor is the named event sponsor mentioned on all marketing materials and prominent name placement on all printed and promotional materials provided to the Educators. Additionally, Galactic Sponsors will receive recognition on our slide show and host up to 3 tables which they can populate with their own STEM Ambassadors. Once Galactic Sponsor is needed.

EVENT SPONSOR

The Event Sponsor holds the premiere level of sponsorship and will receive their name and logo on our customized, reusable travel bag that all Educators will receive packed with gifts. Additionally, the Event Sponsor will receive recognition by name and logo in our program, every slide of the slide show. As a table host they can send or sponsor a STEM Ambassador. One Event Sponsor is needed.

STEM SPONSOR

A STEM Sponsor is dedicated to STEM. They will be recognized as a table host and send or sponsor a STEM Ambassador. They will have their name and logo displayed on our sponsor page of the program and slide show. Up to four (4) STEM Sponsors are needed.

GIFTING SPONSOR

A Gifting Sponsor is supporting STEM Education and Educators. Sponsors at this level will be recognized on the sponsor page of our program and website. If the gift is in-kind, the sponsor may include a logo on the gift. Examples of this might include Hydro Flasks or an insulated travel mug for each attending educator.

TABLE SPONSOR

All Educators will attend at no charge. Each table will be sponsored and hosted by a designated STEM Ambassador. Each Table Sponsor will be recognized on the table as well as on the sponsor pages of the program and slide show. The STEM Ambassador will be the seed for connecting educators to the mission and vision of their organization.

FRIEND OF SILAS

A Friend of SILAS will support the mission and vision of SILAS through this event and will have their organization or family recognized on the sponsor pages of the program and slide show.
