Participate in the Tri-Cities Earth Day Festival

Saturday, April 24, 2027 • REACH Museum

Share your organization’s knowledge, resources, and enthusiasm at the Tri-Cities Earth Day Festival.

We invite community organizations to connect with visitors through information tables, hands-on activities, and demonstrations that explore science, conservation, sustainability, and our local environment. Help visitors discover practical ways to care for the place we call home.

There is no required participation fee. Optional contributions are welcome and help support festival programming, outreach, and event operations. A contribution is not required to participate.

Ways to Participate

Host an Information Table

Introduce visitors to your organization’s work. Share local resources, programs, and opportunities to get involved in conservation, sustainability, science, and environmental education.

Lead a Hands-On Activity

Invite visitors to learn by doing. Bring an interactive activity, experiment, or creative project that helps families explore an environmental topic together.

Share a Demonstration

Bring a concept to life through a demonstration. Share practical skills, explain a scientific process, or introduce an idea visitors can use at home or in the community.

Give visitors something to take with them: a new idea, a useful resource, or one action they can take to care for our environment.

Interested in Participating?
