The Richland Public Facilities District uses the Municipal Research and Services Center (MRSC) for small construction projects under $300,000, some consulting opportunities and vendor services.  MRSC Rosters is a roster service that provides a membership database used by participating Washington public agencies to contract registered businesses about small public works construction projects and consulting opportunities.  Businesses interested in receiving notifications for current opportunities must register for a free account at the MRSC website MRSC Rosters .  If you have questions regarding registration, please contact MRSC Rosters via email mrscrosters@mrsc.org or call 206-625-1300.
