General Admission
General Admission
General admission rates apply to single-entry visits during regular business hours.
- Adults: $15.00
- Seniors: $10.00
- Students/Military (with ID): $8.00
- Children (5 & Under): FREE
- REACH Members: FREE
- ASTC / NARM / ROAM : FREE with valid membership card
Admission includes access to all permanent and rotating exhibits, indoor galleries, and outdoor spaces. Special events and educational programs may require separate registration.
Museums for All
The REACH Museum is proud to partner with Museums for All, offering discounted admission for EBT cardholders.
$3.00 per person (up to 4 individuals per card)
Children 5 & under are always free
Valid EBT card and photo ID required
Discount applies to museum entry only (not special programs or events)
Blue Star Families
The REACH Museum proudly participates in the Blue Star Museums program, offering free general admission to active-duty military personnel and their families.
The 2025 program runs from Armed Forces Day, Saturday, May 17 through Labor Day, Monday, September 1, 2025.
This offer applies to general museum admission only and does not include special events, ticketed programs, or group tours.
Library Pass Program
Library Pass Program – Free Museum Entry
The REACH Museum partners with both Richland Public Library and Mid-Columbia Libraries to offer free general admission to passholders.
Each pass grants free admission for up to 2 adults and 4 children (under 18)
Passes must be presented at entry
Valid for general admission only
(Not valid for special events, ticketed programs, field trips, group tours, or reciprocal memberships)

Closed Sundays & Mondays
Please note: New admissions end at 4:00 PM to ensure guests have enough time to fully explore the museum.
Administrative Office Hours
Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM–4:30 PM
Administrative offices are closed on weekends and select holidays.

Why Admissions Close at 4:00 PM
To provide the best possible experience for our visitors, new admissions stop at 4:00 PM.
A complete visit through the REACH Museum typically takes 45–60 minutes, and this policy ensures guests have enough time to explore exhibits, engage with hands-on experiences, and enjoy the museum without feeling rushed.
