B²: Boxing Day Build Lab

Give those holiday boxes a second life during the B²: Boxing Day Build Lab.

Bring clean cardboard boxes and transform them into something useful, imaginative or completely unexpected. Participants might construct a robot, rocket, castle, organizer, game or an original invention of their own.

This open-ended building experience encourages participants to plan, test ideas, solve problems and adapt their designs as they work. It also demonstrates how an ordinary discarded material can become a valuable creative resource instead of immediately entering the waste stream.

There is no single “right” project and no need for a perfect finished product. Bring boxes, bring an idea—or discover one once you arrive—and see what you can build.
