Support earth Day
Tri-Cities Earth Day is made possible through the support of community organizations, partners, and sponsors who believe in environmental education, local action, and meaningful community connection.
Each year, Earth Day brings together hundreds of community members for a free, family-friendly celebration focused on science, conservation, culture, and sustainability in the Mid-Columbia River Region. Your support helps keep this event accessible while expanding its reach and impact.
Sponsorship Opportunities
Sponsorships play a critical role in keeping Earth Day free and open to the public. Sponsor contributions directly support programming, performances, educational activities, and event logistics.
Sponsorship support helps us:
Provide hands-on learning experiences for all ages
Feature engaging speakers and cultural performances
Support community-based environmental education
Expand programming each year while keeping the event free
Sponsorship opportunities vary by level and may include visibility before, during, and after the event.
Community Organizations & Event Partners
Tri-Cities Earth Day brings together organizations working across conservation, education, sustainability, science, and community well-being.
Community organizations are invited to participate by hosting a table during the event and sharing resources, activities, or information with attendees.
Participating organizations benefit from:
Direct engagement with families and community members
Increased visibility for programs and services
Being part of one of the Tri-Cities’ largest community conservation events
Organizations may choose to participate through a tabling fee or partnership contribution, which directly supports the event and its programming.
Earth Day Community Resource Guide
The Earth Day Community Resource Guide is a curated directory of local organizations, programs, and resources supporting environmental education, sustainability, and community action in the Tri-Cities. The guide is designed to extend the impact of Earth Day by connecting families, educators, and community members with trusted local resources year-round.
Organizations participating in Tri-Cities Earth Day have the option to support the event through a voluntary contribution. These contributions help keep Earth Day free and accessible to the public and allow the event to grow and expand programming each year.
As a thank-you, contributing organizations receive logo placement or advertisement space in the Earth Day Community Resource Guide, providing ongoing visibility to community members seeking local environmental and educational resources.
