Exhibited at the REACH Museum – July 7 through October 26, 2024
In celebration of its 10th anniversary, the REACH Museum presented a special exhibit highlighting a decade of community impact, educational programming, and regional storytelling. Since opening its doors in 2014, the REACH has served as a gateway to the Mid-Columbia’s unique natural and cultural heritage—from the Ice Age floods to the Manhattan Project and beyond.
This milestone exhibit reflected on the museum’s growth and accomplishments, featuring archival photos, hands-on displays, and guest reflections that captured the REACH’s role as a vital resource for families, educators, and visitors from across the region and beyond.
As part of the celebration, the REACH hosted a month-long series of Free Admission Days made possible through the support of generous community sponsors. Each $1,000 sponsorship helped ensure open access to the museum for residents of Pasco, Kennewick, Richland, and West Richland—removing barriers and making discovery possible for all.
The exhibit and celebration honored the museum’s mission of education, access, and regional pride, and invited the community to imagine the next ten years of exploration and growth at the REACH.
