Sensory Friendly Hours
Sensory-Friendly Hours at the REACH Museum
Sensory-Friendly Hours at the REACH Museum provide a calmer, more comfortable museum experience for visitors who may benefit from a lower-sensory environment.
During these designated hours, the museum reduces sound and lighting where possible and offers a quieter, more predictable atmosphere throughout exhibit spaces. This experience is designed to support visitors with sensory sensitivities, neurodivergent individuals, families, and anyone who prefers a less stimulating setting.
Noise-reducing headphones are available upon request at the front desk. Museum staff are available to assist with questions or individual needs during your visit.
Sensory-Friendly Hours are offered once a month and are included with general admission. REACH Museum Members receive free admission.
