Ice Age Floods Educator Workshop: Hands-On STEAM for the Columbia Basin

Join the REACH Museum, the Ice Age Floods Institute, and veteran educator Rick Reynolds for a full-day, hands-on professional development workshop that brings the science of the Ice Age Floods directly into your classroom.

This interactive session connects one of the most powerful geologic events in North America to the landscapes, ecosystems, and communities of the Columbia Basin today—giving you real-world, place-based tools your students will immediately connect with.

  • Time: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (full-day or half-day participation options available)
  • Location: the REACH Museum, Richland, WA
  • Format: In-person with optional Zoom participation
